Description: A great bunkhouse camper for a family that wants a little comfort while exploring the great outdoors. It sleeps up to 6 with 4 bunks in the back and a queen murphy bed up front. The jack-knife sofa is brand new and super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are in the middle of the trailer, with the kitchen area built into a slide-out. The kitchen has a 2-way fridge that works on power and propane, a 2-burner range, microwave/convection oven, and 2-basin sink. The bathroom has a shower, porcelain toilet, sink and mirror/cabinet. All appliances work great (A/C, hot water heater, furnace, fridge). There's even a convenient exterior shower with hot/cold water. All tires are brand new in 2024, including the spare, and the brakes were fully serviced in 2022. Interior improvements include LED strip lighting in the bunkhouse, shelving in the wardrobes, and plenty of towel hooks. Interior and exterior are in excellent condition (trailer has been kept in fully enclosed storage since we purchased in 2019). One of best features of this trailer is its weight, at 4200 lbs (dry) ... I have pulled it with a Honda Ridgeline truck all 5 years that we have owned it. A weight distribution hitch, dual propane tanks, and power front jack are also included. This trailer has visited many state parks in Texas and Arkansas ... has never gone off-road. It's a 30-amp unit so can plug into any RV site with power. I will also include a 25-gallon gray water tank that is great for sites that don't have full hook-ups.
