Adorable Maxi Long Sleeved Black Dress - Size Small - NEVER Worn

I bought this dress and thought I could hem it, but it looked too difficult to do so. It would fit better on a taller lady (I am 5'1"). The top and long sleeves are solid black in color, and the bottom half is polka dotted,which is adorable. Has a bit of an empire waist design which should offer a very flattering fit.
