This heart is so pretty and sparkles so much and looks brand new but is vintage. The silver is shiny and has not been polished. I put an 18 inch stainless steel chain on this hear. Then entire heart is ice blue faceted stones around it. There is a larger matching stone dangling from inside of the heart. This would make a wonderful gift. But don't miss out because this is the only one I will have.
