This looks just like the pendant I had for my ex-husband's fraternity back in the 70s at Michigan State University.
I cannot find any markings on either the pendant or the chain stating they are gold, so I assume they are gold-colored metal. The 3 Greek letters are Epsilon Sigma Pi. From I could find on the internet this is a fraternal organization at Eastern Kentucky University for both mail and females studying and working in the Emergency Medical Field. If anyone knows anything else about an organization with these three Greek letters in this order, please let me know.
I would say this item is looking for a very specific buyer!
